The Inner Drive Technology Journal v1.0.9708 is here, with a dozen or so significant security and performance tweaks that came out of the Claude Fable 5 review I undertook a couple of weeks ago. Just opening the Edit page to create this post showed me how much faster and cleaner the application is, so I'm glad I spent the time (34 hours, give or take) and several hundred thousand Claude tokens getting this done.

Glen Hansard, the musician and actor best known for The Commitments and Once, died early yesterday outside Dublin, Ireland, after crashing his motorcycle. He was 56. Gardaí (the Irish national police) will conduct a routine inquest to determine exactly what happened.

I think I've hit a good balance today between working and not. Cassie and I have walked 9½ km so far today, spending 1¾ hours outside, and I've squished three bugs that were in the way of releasing a new version of the Inner Drive Journal (aka the software you're looking at right now).
