Agreement

By submitting material for publication to this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within these rules governing submissions. The Site's legal statement and privacy statement are integral parts of one agreement (the "Agreement").

Our non-exclusive publication license

By submitting material for publication on the Site, you thereby grant the Site, and anyone authorized to act on its behalf, the following non-exclusive licenses:

• To publish the material submitted (the "Work") on the Site for an indefinite period of time;
• To refuse to publish the Work;
• To edit, abridge, recast, or otherwise alter the Work in any way the Site deems appropriate, before publishing the Work;
• To use limited portions of the Work in advertisements and publicity relating to the Site;
• To use the fact that you submitted the Work, and your name, in advertisements and publicity relating to the Site; and
• To exercise any other licenses or rights implied by your submission of the Work.

Your reserved rights

You retain full copyright protection over the Work at all times. This Agreement does not limit any rights you may have under the law, except as outlined above. In addition, you have the following rights under this agreement:

• To terminate the Site's license to use the Work on 30 days written notice;
• To publish the Work anywhere else;
• To edit, abridge, recast, or otherwise alter the Work in any way you deem appropriate, before or after we publish the Work, and to cause the Site to publish your revisions;
• To use limited portions of the Site in advertisements and publicity relating to the Work;
• To use the fact that the Site published the Work in advertisements and publicity relating to the Work; and
• To exercise any other licenses or rights negotiated separately and executed in writing between you and the Site.
